An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 deputy team leader in our two cardiac theatres and one hybrid theatre.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and enhance existing skills, work with a dynamic team, motivated and ready to expand their existing role.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are required for this post the candidate will be expected to effectively manage and lead a team, be familiar with CQC policies and procedures, change managememnt, budgets, finance and developing and evaluating care pathways.

The team provides a seven day twenty four hour service and commitment to an on call is essential.

Posts in the Trust are subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Criminal Records Bureau to check for any previous criminal spent and unspent convictions, reprimands, and cautions.
